• Session Credits enable AI conversation practice sessions
• Audio Credits generate voice learning materials
• All credits are non-refundable once purchased

Subscription Plans

• Prices are for testing purposes and may change within a certain range
• Enterprise packages are available with additional discounts upon request

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Creem, the Merchant of Record
• Transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant
• Receipts are automatically sent to your registered email

Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Technical issues may qualify for credit restoration
• Contact support for help with billing issues

Service Availability

• Service is provided "as-is" without warranties
• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
• Maintenance windows may result in brief interruptions

User Responsibilities

• Maintain account security and confidentiality
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights

Usage Instructions

• Each session creation consumes one credit
• Generating text-based learning materials consumes credits; audio conversion does not
• The Chat page lists two sessions created within the past hour; each session lasts one hour
• Speech materials can be generated from recent sessions (within 4 hours) or pasted text up to 10,000 characters
• Generated audio length depends on the input text and is capped at roughly 3,000 characters

Content Guidelines

• Generated content is for educational purposes only
• Users remain responsible for verifying translation accuracy
• Inappropriate usage may result in account suspension
